RMA Request
If you are a dealer looking to submit an RMA request, you're in the right place.
To avoid unexpected delays and repair costs, please refer to this checklist before you submit a request.
1
Test the unit

Please check the unit before submitting an RMA request to ensure the unit is defective* to save you time.

*You may incur a fee if we cannot replicate the fault(s) described.
2
Confirm the fault

If the unit is defective, we recommend noting any details of the fault(s) & testing procedure to offer us the best opportunity to repair and return the unit to the customer quickly.
3
Include all the details

Include information such as the brand, model, serial number, warranty status, customer reports, and any information gathered during testing. The more information we have to work with, the better.
